After what has felt like a very long and dark Winter, the signs of Spring and new awakenings are beginning to show. This week has provided several days of sunshine and blue skies. I have found joy in hearing the bird song, being able to hang the washing out and spotting signs of new growth. Nature has a wonderful way of showing us how; out of darkness comes light, Spring is the reminder to me that there is always hope, as new growth and beauty emerge from their Winter slumber.

I love this Rumi poem 'The Guest House' read by Helena Bonham Carter, encouraging us to accept all the feelings we have, understand them and embrace them. It made me think!
